Seem to try to please
Had to wait quite a few minutes for service writer to come to my auto to do paper work. Once there the process was fine. Was told there is a service buliton on my auto and I would receive a call when part was available. The service writer did a nice job of handling the recall info. I'll wait and see how the recall goes and if I'm notified
