Good morning. Thank you for the feedback. I apologize for the mixed signals. We do try to explain as much as possible to our customers. It's so critical for proper communication and too easy to not share important details. It is never our intentions to offend. In regards to the shuttle, we have a hundred customers visit our service department daily. We have to put a limit on the distance so that we can accommodate all the customer needs. We will do a better job when scheduling to verify distance so that this does not become an issue on the service drive. We appreciate your feedback so that we can continue to improve moving forward.
