Patience Pays!
My Elantra began acting a bit sporadic in its performance. The service department even ran a diagnostic service on it.....nada. The lead service guy suggested that I let him reset an "adaptability" setting that tracks and learns how you drive. That very simple suggestion and solution has my almost 3-year old Elantra driving like the day I bought it! I wish I new the man's name.......whatever they pay him, it probably isn't enough!

Service and Recall Notices
Samantha was extremely cordial, professional and helpful. However, problem no fault of hers, an appointment was confirmed ahead of time for several recalls and our first service of our 2015 Genesis. Vehicle had to be kept overnight because parts and tires were not in stock. We did receive our vehicle back the next afternoon but still have to go back due to one recall not completed. Awaiting call back for this as it has been almost two weeks. Tires were replaced but not properly cleaned. For these reasons I cannot give a 5 star rating even though Samantha was really excellent.

Normally you do a amazing cleaning job. I know this because of buying multiple vehicles. This was a brand new car with its first service and just felt taken for granted. Not typical. I hope it will improve.

Great people
The girl that checked my car in for service used good perception and awareness of her customer. Because I declined the car wash she perceived I was in a hurry (and she was right). I had my tire repaired and I was on my way within 30 minutes. Unbelievable! Made me feel fantastic!

Everyone I encountered treated me cheerfully and respectfully. I was there for an oil change and recall notice and they took care of an additional recall notice I didn't even know about. Best car dealership service I have ever used.

Not only was my oil change completed in record time, Samantha went above and beyond to have my car not only washed but vacuumed and an interior wipe-down. She knew I was frustrated at not being able to have it done earlier in the day, and her awesome service made my whole day!

The wait
I only had to wait an hour for a part of cruise control switch to be put in, but I could see my car waiting after the work was done for about half that time. I finally went to ask one of the girls why my car was there she told me she was working on the paperwork... for 30 minutes... to print a receipt and staple it. Then when I was able to leave, they had lined up a bunch of other cars around me so I had to wait to wait for everyone else to be serviced before I could drive out of there... kind of frustrating.

We truly apologize for your inconvenience. Our team should have been more pro-active and known when your repair was completed and when paperwork was processed. You are correct, there is no reason it should take any service advisor 30 minutes to print documentation and even verify with the technician on services completed - for that we do apologize gain. WE will work more closely with our service advisors and team to make sure the check-out process is more streamlined for you and every customer.
