We truly apologize for your inconvenience. Our team should have been more pro-active and known when your repair was completed and when paperwork was processed. You are correct, there is no reason it should take any service advisor 30 minutes to print documentation and even verify with the technician on services completed - for that we do apologize gain. WE will work more closely with our service advisors and team to make sure the check-out process is more streamlined for you and every customer.
