My car had been giving me warning signs but I was in the process of making last minute funeral arrang
ements. I finally heard noises and got worried and called The Repair Shop 30 minutes before they closed on Thursday. The gentleman said that I could bring it on over and he would do a quick check to make sure it was safe to drive. I couldn't get there in time so I should up Friday morning. The Repair Shop did some testing and told me what needed to be done on Monday and cleared my car to be driven for the funeral on Saturday. I showed up on Monday and The Repair Shop did a more intensive dive into the problems I was experiencing with my car. They found a number of things wrong and did not stop working on my car until it drove like it did when I initially bought it. John kept me informed of the status of my car every step of the way. The Repair Shop team were phenomenal. They were able to work with my warranty company and take care of any paperwork that was needed. Top notch customer service, knowledge and expertise are very rare commodities and The Repair Shop definitely excels at all three.
