In two separate and recent visits, I have found the team at Auto Empire to be one of the best in the
business of auto mechanics and body shops in our region. Led by owner (and fellow Toyota Tundra driver) David Christina, I was completely confident and comfortable with entrusting Auto Empire to service my 2019 Toyota Tundra with 102,000+ miles on it this past Monday. With a pretty lengthy list of service and maintenance activities, I assumed they would have my truck all-day or a day and a half. 5 hours after drop-off, I was called to be informed that the truck was ready, and the price was less than a local dealership quoted! When I arrived and asked how they were able to handle the job in such a short amount of time, Mr. David told me that he put four of his mechanics on it to ensure they got it back to me. Now, THAT is extremely rare and appreciated in this industry, and the truck is running so smoothly now. I will definitely return to Auto Empire in Metairie for future service and maintenance needs.

I brought my car to 4x4Land for a pre-purchase inspection. I work at a dealership and have been in th
e automotive business for more than 14 years, so I deal with mechanics on a daily basis. Some of our mechanics had noticed possible leaks and told me the vehicle might need a few thousand dollars’ worth of repairs.
I had never been to 4x4 Land before, but everyone I spoke with had great things to say about Pierre. When I dropped off the vehicle, I explained the entire situation and asked him to inspect it as thoroughly as if he were buying it for himself.
After spending five or six hours with the vehicle, Pierre explained that the minor seepage was completely normal for a vehicle of this age. He found no significant leaks, said the car was in excellent condition, and confirmed that it did not need any repairs at this time.
What impressed me even more was that he did not charge me a single penny for the inspection. He only recommended routine maintenance: an engine oil change, differential and transfer-case fluid changes, and replacement of the engine and cabin air filters. I scheduled those services with him for next week.
Pierre is an amazing guy—honest, knowledgeable, and completely trustworthy. Given my 14 years in the car business and my daily experience working with different mechanics, I do not say that lightly. I highly recommend Pierre and 4x4 Land!
