Throughout the entire process- from initial contact to picking up the car, he was very communicative and responsive. est customer ratings of all independent Toyota service Companies in Tucson. They are also a new business and to have as high of a reputation as they have I am certain they will do 110% to retain their status.

We took our Toyota Highlander in for normal maintenance oil and filter change.
I mentioned to them
I thought we had a brake light out and to check the other auto lights as well just to be sure every light worked. We got a call telling us one or two other lights were not working. They ask us to see if we wanted to fix those. We gave our ok to proceed.
Just the fact they call to discuss further repairs is what I really like about their process. Honestly upfront communication.
