Called on Monday, got appt on Wed. Front desk run by Crystal and Service by Erik. Answered all questions, provided written suggestions to keep auto past 300,000 miles.
Welcomed by Crystal at 8:00 AM and gave her my list of questions. She read them, highlighted them an
d gave to Erik. Erik asked me some questions about my letter (where I had misstated the make of my car) and I left it to him. I was called about noon, work was done. Picked up about 2:30 PM and the car was cleaner than it was when I brought it in. Crystal went over my letter checking that everything was done including an item I had not noticed. Great company, great service, great employees.
