. As I was checking out of the VRBO the very next morning, I was preparing to make alternative travel plans back to Michigan if my car was not functional. Johnny was SO understanding and prompt in his attention to my dilemma! He attended to the vehicle early that afternoon! While the source of the odor was not identified, he thoroughly inspected it, drove it around the island and gave me the green light to drive home the next day. I am still SO appreciative to his attentiveness that day as he truly understood my predicament! Forever grateful!

Since having my first gone rebuilt several months ago, I prefer taking my cars to J&M. Moses is hones
t and trustworthy and he tells you like it is. We took my husband’s 2021 Ford explorer in for a possible transmission issue and Moses helped us determine there may be a software update required because nothing was seemingly wrong. Ford has a big problem with the 10 speed automatic transmission so we have to address that with the dealer. J&M is extremely thorough and won’t stop searching for an issues. Now that I’ve found them, that’s where I go for advice and repairs.
