Starting out with a mechanic repair shop and a sale part department, offering repairs and parts. 2020 AUTO SERVICE transitioned to an only one service department which was the mechanich shop. Later on we add the body work shop.

When the inspection was finished, the first thing I noticed was that the old glue had not been removed at all. The new sticker was placed directly over the residue, and it looks terrible. I take great pride in my car and keep it in pristine condition, so this was extremely disappointing.
I then asked to speak with the manager or the person in charge. The person behind the counter who processed my payment was the one in charge. He refused to fix the issue and simply said that he would do it himself next time. There will not be a next time.
The entire experience was very unsatisfying, especially from a business that claims to have been operating for 35 years. With that many years in service, I expected professionalism, attention to detail, and basic respect for customer requests. Instead, I left frustrated with a poorly applied inspection sticker on an otherwise well cared for vehicle.
