Itemized receipts
You need to give your customers who have any type of work done ( including an oil change), on their cars, an itemized bill/receipt, even if they pay cash. It needs to state the cost of parts, labor, taxes etc... on it. I can't prove that I paid for something because I only have the credit card receipt which doesn't state the work that was already done on my car. Otherwise, everything is good there. Very polite and our vehicles are worked on right away.
