Oil Change + License plate + bumper to bumper look through.
I needed an oil change and my license plate affixed to the front of my vehicle. I provided the plate holder.
They did my oil change and license plate, as well as a quick “inspection” to see if I need any work done. I was happy to see that no work is recommended right now and they did it all for the price of the oil change. Will be back!

Awesome work and even better service
Vin from 3B is extremely helpful and thoughtful. The tint job that I got done on my 2015 Audi SQ5 was perfect. I’ve gone through plenty of tinting companies in my life and this one is by far the best.

Good work but not the best at communication
When I first started bringing my car in for maintenance I really liked their communication and they always do a good job. I appreciate that you could review statements and approve additional work through your phone while they have your car. However, I feel that their communication has declined and it has been a bit frustrating. I recently left my car with them for a week while I was out of town to repair damage to the roof/frame. The work they did was good, however I was very disappointed to find out it still was not finished and ready to be picked up the following week on Monday. I had been clear about needing it to travel to work by then, and was told a week should be plenty of time for the work. I had not been contacted at all throughout the week to let me know of any issues or update me that it would not be finished by then. They were apologetic, and overall I think they do well for general maintenance. However, I’m not sure I would return for larger repair work given this experience and prior communication issues trying to schedule an appraisal.

We sincerely apologize for not reaching out on Friday to let you know we’d need a few additional hours Monday morning to finish up. That was an oversight on our part, and we completely understand how important clear and timely communication is.

As for the appraisal, we understand how frustrating delays can be. Unfortunately, that process is handled entirely by the insurance company and is outside of our control.
