I signed up for a tune up and got more
I recently scheduled a tune up for my 2018 Elantra, Five Star came highly recommended by my sister so I felt good about not taking my car to the dealer in Eugene. The Friday before my appointment my car mysteriously quit working. Panicked I call the shop and asked if I could drop off my car early. They agreed and my sister and I managed to jump start the car and drive it there.
Monday came and they did the tune up and replaced my battery! I’m not a car person. I get in them and drive. I have no understanding of how it all works. It’s magic to me. This shop was understanding and kind when they didn’t need to be. Their charges were reasonable and fair. It really doesn’t get better than that.

5 Star Service every time!
While having an alignment and tire rotation done, the mechanic identified that two of my lug nuts had broken off and one was falling off. This is very dangerous and luckily I had made the appointment. Richard was able to locate a new hub for me and complete the work quickly and I am back on the road and safe.
