Transmission Replacement

Had my Ram 1500 Transmission diagnose by A&G and the system had a lot of metal in the fluid changing from second to third was troubled but, these guys had the software and certified technicians who drove with me with the live diagnostic screen so I could have seen the issue and then, they told a sample of the oil and it had tons of metal. Long story is that, they were very transparent and priced right but overall I felt like a family and they earned my trust because they involve me the whole way even when I wanted to leave they wanted me to stay. I highly recommend this shop.

2018 Land Rover Range Rover Tune Up

The Technician, Front office staff are a class act!
These guys completed a comprehensive tuneup and replacement of all the fluid service of my Range Rover. The prices were 40% less than the dealership and amazingly they had all the software to reset all the service schedules after.
They were very informative, I felt like a family member, they got me lunch and boy the place is very clean.
I highly recommend this outfit for all auto service because, the work the did was not for the faint of heart! I’m really impressed and don’t mind driving the 40 miles to get honest service done on my vehicle

My experience at this autoshop was excellent!

I went in with a problem about my battery on my key. The workers were able to get it ordered and told me to pick it up today. I discovered that one of my past students worked there. Both workers were able to have it in the store today and changed it out for me at no cost. Kindness is leaving this world, but glad to know that there are those who still demonstrate this quality!

Please Read

CUSTOMER BEWARE! Please read MY WHOLE REVIEW. Then read the owners reply. While you are. reading, please keep in mind that the OWNER'S WIFE, Gina recommended this place to me AND THE OWNER IS THE ONE WHO GAVE ME THE ESTIMATE and HE IS THE ONE WHO DOUBLED MY BILL after he quoted the job. His mechanic ruined my replaced stainless steel exhaust after I specifically told him to save the old stainless exhaust and that I was selling it to someone. OH, HOW WE FORGET and then LIE!!!! And THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICE, but that don't make you an honest and respectable person. Now, here is my experience: I took my 2002 Mustang GT here to have a NEW Flowmaster Exhaust put in to replace the expensive stainless steel factory exhaust. I was given an estimate (verbally) at 250.00 to replace the exhaust and return my old one so I could sell it. I dropped the car off along with the new exhaust system. I sent my wife to pick up the car when it was done and I went with my trailer to pick up the exchanged exhaust system. When I arrived the stainless steel exhaust system was cut into pieces and ruined. Then....to top things off the owner charged my wife DOUBLE the estimate he gave me for replacing the exhaust and ruining the original one. Moral of the story....DON'T USE THIS PLACE....and if you do, make sure you get a WRITTEN estimate signed by the management and photos of you original parts before letting these people work on your car. I thought that this place was the exception to the "Florida Mechanic RIP-OFF Rule", but I guess I was wrong...AND BOY, I PAID FOR IT!!! WARNING!!!! Its funny that he dont remember. FIGURES! His wife recommended him to me, whom I used to work with. Selective memory!!!!! BEWARE!

Exceptional Auto Repair Center

The facility and its employees were extremely courteous, honest, knowledgeable and professional.
They competed the replacement of my timing chain and completed a thorough evaluation of my vehicles services that were never mentioned to at any facility who worked on my vehicle. I am now happy that the vehicle is running fantastic for the last 3 months. Thank you Ben , Ron and Steven , you have a customer for life.

They did an incredible job replacing my transmission at a very affordable cost for labor, transmission and reprogramming.

Excellent service ?

Completed a comprehensive Tune Up on my Ram

I found this shop online while looking for a new repair shop, they had stellar reviews and the people who had word done there was complimenting of the work they completed. I called and talked with Ron and he was very courteous and patient with me and trying to explain the issues with my vehicle. The repair shop is clean and professional; I over heard that the oner was a veteran which, explains a lot as I too am a vet.
The technicians are very professional and very knowledgeable with the repairs and they were able to complete the job the same day. I highly recommend A&G Auto Service Repair to all my family;y and friends.

Clean and Professional

Quick brake job for my F150. Great price, very honest and reliable. The technicians are very knowledgeable and informative. They took pictures for me to see and kept the old parts until I saw them. I recommend anyone in Spring Hill to check these guys out 5stars. Important, they are not the cheapest but they only use the vehicle’s recommended parts (OE). Thank you Steve and Ron

Unbelievably Helpful and Professional

Steven the owner is a true professional. We we’re driving to ocala and had a over heating problem with our vehicle on interstate 75. We called A&G Auto Service because of the customer reviews they, sent a tow truck as we waited 2 hour for aaa and it was very hot. The Steve himself intercepted our arrival and had one of his employees get us lunch. Such generosity we had never experienced in a automotive facility. Generally they snack machine you can purchase snacks from. The lobby was very clean and mechanic are all certified through ASE. They found the problem ( water pump) replaced it and we were on our way. The price was not cheap but, they only used the manufacturer parts which they showed us. You get what you pay for. Great and honest people. We highly recommend all of Hernando county to give these guys a shot. Thank you Ben and Tony

Excellent Diagnostic of our Land Rover

The facility is very clean and the technicians are ASE Certified which, gave my husband and I a piece of mind as we both drive foreign vehicles. Learning that A&G had the diagnostic equipment and software to properly diagnose our vehicles was awesome.
They provided photos of the diagnostic, prices of the parts and everyone was very informative.
Thanks Ben and Slayton for all your assistance. We highly recommend A&G to our family and friends.

Terrible!

I wasn't going to say anything because I didn't want to sound like I was complaining just to complain but these guys are the absolute worst. They charged me almost $700.00 for a repair that did not resolve my issue. Then they kept my car for over a week just to tell me they don't know what's wrong with it. They left their own equipment in my car which I had to return. I was able to fix my issues at home in 10 minutes for free using google. The worst part is after I got it home I realized they failed to refill my coolant. I almost blew my engine! Do not take your car to these people.

Professional and Extremely Honest

We stopped in for a noise in the front end of our S63 Mercedes and they inspected the vehicle and brought us out to see the problem, they explained what would correct the problem and gave us the price. The young man (Ben ) in the lobby was kind, the owner ( Steven) a true veteran talked with all his customers and made us feel very comfortable but, wait we cannot forget his little girl and piece of heaven ( Paige his little baby Jack Russell) she’s so adorable.
We highly recommend A&G for their Honest and Trustworthy Business practices.
