I left my car for diagnosis and the agreement is that it’s gonna be on a maximum of 3 under half hours from 11am. Dropped it on time, instead of picking it up by 2:30 I was there after 3pm. I ended up waiting for the car until past 4. No communication why the delay or any call to update if they will be a delay whatsoever. It was frustrating.
