How to treat your car repair people
I read all the reviews on A&A and it varies. I had a good experience with them, treating them with respect and flexibility. I called them after 5 hours and was told they were waiting for the parts. They said they would call an update. They did after an hour, but told me additional work had to done. I was getting rotors and pads replaced. I know its a simple repair. But people need to proactive when it comes to the repair of your vehicle. Get a OBD II reader to get an idea of what the problem is. Some of them even tell you what needs to be replaced.

We appreciate your detailed feedback and are glad to hear you had a good experience with us. Being treated with respect is the least we can do for our customers – after all, our goal is to keep your car running smoothly while you remain happily behind the wheel. It's true that sometimes repairs can reveal additional needs that go beyond the original plan, but your proactive approach with the OBD II reader is exactly the kind of savvy that should be standard practice for every vehicle owner. Knowledge is power, especially when it comes to your car's health! If there's ever anything more you want to discuss, feel free to reach out. Safe travels on the road ahead!
