Overcharge
You charge me for half an hour labor when I had to wait for you to get the parts. I not only had to wait for someone to get the parts, I had to wait for this person to eat their food before they even left to get the parts. Plus I wasn't even at the shop for an hour and a half. I was only there for an hour and you charged me for an hour and a half.

Fond farewell
After 30 plus years of getting all of our vehicles serviced at A&M we have to say goodbye before we move to St Louis. No matter what we were driving from regular and diesel trucks to cars vans or sun's we could always count on great service ar fair prices. Terry and the whole crew were great and we didn't mind taking them doughnuts while they worked on our cars. I wish there was a way to take them with us because I know I will ever find a place that would even be a close comparison. I would recommend A&M to anyone looking for great service at a fair price. So long Terry we will miss you.

Went in for oil change and they found that the struts were leaking oil and causing tire wear. Gave me a price for new struts and new tires, which included a front end alignment, so went ahead and scheduled that to be done

I had a leaking gasket that needed replaced.
A&M identified the leaking gasket and had it replaced the same day I dropped the car off. I have used A&M several times over the past 20 years and they always provide excellent service. I always trust their diagnosis and the professional service their mechanics and office staff provide.
