As promised, we checked your A/C system at no cost. During that check, we found that additional diagnostic testing was necessary to determine the cause of the problem. The additional testing was performed to properly diagnose the blower motor and its operation, which was separate from the initial A/C performance check.
An estimate for the recommended repair was sent to you by text, and no repairs were performed without your approval. We also advised that the diagnostic charge would be applied toward the repair if you decided to proceed with the recommended work.
That being said, if you were under the impression that there would be no charge for the additional diagnostic testing, we completely understand your concern. The last thing we want is for any customer to leave CarLink360 feeling surprised, uncomfortable, or misled about a charge.
To rectify the misunderstanding, we would be happy to provide you with a full refund of the diagnostic charge.
