You had your vehicle towed to us on 1/24/25 from another shop stating overheating, transmission randomly no reverse, jerks when driving. We checked out your and told you it first off needed a transimission and you gave us your warranty company information. We contacted Carshield, they came to test drive vehicle and told us they could not do anything as it was on flats and would not start. They left. We again contacted them to come back and test drive after we aired up tirs and charged battery. We waited for Carshield to give us an authorization. They finallyly called back with an authorization for us to install a used transmission and to replace the intake manifold gaskets. We called you with the informatin and told you they agreede to pay $3949.91 and you had to pay the remaining $950.86. You said no problem so we started looking for a used transmission. We called you to let you know vehicle was done with what the transmission and overheating issue and you came on 5/19/25 to pay your balance. We explained that the vehicle needed a battery and you said you woulod take care of that. You brought vehicle back on 5/28/25 and we replaced batteryand installed front wiper blades. We also gave you estimates for the suspension work and you stated that was too much to put into that year of a vehicle. We did also give a discount on that repair. It is posted on the counter, the wall and door that we charge a 4% fee for use of credit cards. We at no time every told you "that your vehicle should make it home". Again we explained to you the additional repairs gave you an estimate and you declined those repairs. I am not sure what you ment by you felt rushed except that maybe we were having a very busy day that day and thought we had answered all your questions. The amounts did not change except for the credit card fee and the two transactions were for 2 different repairs on 2 different days. I am sorry you felt you had a bad experience, but we did everything you requested and approved.
