Steering column and motor replacement
My power steering went out on Sunday and my car was fixed by early afternoon Tuesday. Brian was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and did everything he good to keep the cost down for me. Because this repair was electrical it was still pricey unfortunately but that's the nature of the beast nowadays. He didn't get in there and rail off a list of other things that needed to be done, he just stuck to the task at hand and actually took care of some little things he noticed that could later be a problem at no extra charge. What I had done required an alignment afterwards and because I had an alignment scheduled elsewhere before this happened, that had to be cancelled, he discounted my alignment charge the best he could to help me out a little more. This shop is now my forever shop! Never once did I feel like Brian was talking in circles, or trying to get one over on me. He was genuine from start to finish, patient and easy to get a hold of. I only talked to one other gentleman during the experience and that was only because Brian was in my car at the time pulling it back into the bay. That gentleman was just as polite and helpful as Brian. If you are looking for a shop that is no hassle, trustworthy, and hospitable this is it. I promise you will not be disappointed. My car.... amazing!!!!!! It drives just like she did when I pulled off the lot! Sound, smooth and solid. Thank you guys so much!!!!!!! Customer for life!!!!
