Real customer service

I had recently bought a used car from a friend. I had been told that the car had been inspected. Later, the DMV rep insisted that the inspection that had been completed could not be used for the sale and that I would need to have an independent inspection in order to complete the purchase of the car. I brought this to Ali, who made calls and finally figured out that the wrong type of inspection had been done. It would have been easier and more time-efficient for him to simply do another inspection. I felt that he had my best interests at hear. Ultimately, I needed the new inspection and the cost was very reaasonable, AND, the completed inspection report was forwarded to the MVA. When Moe left, we felt that we were losing a relationship we had worked with for decades. We are convinced now that we will enjoy the same care and great service we have had in the past. Thank you!
