Horrible service experience.
Horrible service experience. They charged me $530.00 to diagnose (plug in the reader) then replace a $39.00 OEM Mass Air Flow Sensor. Drove the car home and the problem still exists. I've called them multiple times and even texted the service provider directly. Nothing. Funny thing is they also wrote me a list of items they suggested I let them also address totaling $2200.00 additional. High pressure sales IMO.

Again ABC Hyundai has a great service department, Alexander H. Treated us with respect and explained all that would be done and how long, he escorted us to the waiting area and showed us all the amenities which are great and said if you have any questions let me know.

Above and Beyond
Purchasing my new car from ABC Hyundai Las Vegas was unexpected but it turned out to be the best and most amazing car buying experience I’ve ever had!

I had no intention of buying a new car because my car was almost paid off. But after having it stolen last February 2023 and then was vandalized a few weeks ago. It cost almost more than the car was even worth. So I reached out to the dealer side of ABC Hyundai to see if I had any possible trade in options.

A beyond AMAZING Dealer/Sales Expert, JOSH MASTERS quickly responded to my request and set me up for and immediate appointment to come in to see what they could do for me. Josh told me before we got started that he could not make any promises but that he promised he would do all he could to get me out of my damaged vehicle and into something new, something I liked, and most importantly DEPENDABLE & Consistent transportation. From start to finish Josh went above and beyond to get me everything I needed and I wanted. I have bad credit and didn’t even think it was possible but Josh and the entire ABC Hyundai Dealership/Financing team went above in beyond to get me the right car with the right deal.

I strongly recommend to anyone needing or considering buying a new car to please stop by ABC Hyundai Las Vegas and see what options they made have for you, and if your lucky enough to get Dealer/Salesman Expert JOSH MASTERS just know you are in good ??

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the entire ABC HYUNDAI family for all that you all did for me and worked things out for me during a difficult transition in my life.

Again Special S/O to JOSH MASTERS for his professional, efficient, and consistent follow up and open communication that he provided. And to anyone who sees this from the dealership just know HE DESERVES A RAISE AND SHOULD BE THE HEAD SALESMAN ON THE FLOOR! He has what it takes! He is a real people person who knows how to connect and empathize with people and goes out of his way to meet all customer wants and needs and is always open and honest throughout the entire purchasing/finance process??

Also a special shout out to MICHAEL MAYOL in finance who also made the financing process easy and efficient. Along with having an AMAZING personality!

Waste of time and money
Just picked up my Hyundai Elantra GT after 2 1/12 weeks of sitting at ABC Hyundai worse than I left it. Derek Smerke was the service advisor in charge of replacing a front radar, bumper, and grille that NEVER GOT DONE. Derek passed the buck time and time again never giving me a full answer, being non-committal, and only providing minimal information. It was like pulling teeth to get anything out of Derek Smerke, I had to call over and over again because Derek was far too busy to text back or answer my phone call. The incompetence was so apparent with this crew, that I felt more informed of my car's status from my insurance adjuster, who was not even on site. I left a voicemail for the Service Advisor Manager who was also far too busy to ever return my call.
Derek tried to charge me $420 when I told him I was going to come pick my car up, I asked him to please charge me so that I could leave him an internal corporate survey. We were charged nothing because he obviously didn't want me to have the opportunity to leave my review.
We should have known it was going to be a rough time when our secondary vehicle, that we brought with us to leave after drop-off, was blocked into a space in their parking lot for 1 hour on a Monday morning because "the person who had the keys is in a meeting."
We were reminded of why we made the correct decision to stop service when after the drive home I found my blinker cables dangling under my car, intentionally left disconnected.
Zero sense of urgency, Zero respect for customers, and I will never buy another Hyundai and never go to one of their dealerships again.

Secret dealership
As I read thru some of these reviews it made me wonder should I go to ABC Hyundai to buy my new car (Tuscon). It started last week I made some inquiries on line from different dealers here in Las Vegas who just kept pushing to get me in. I explained to all that I was going thru some allergy issues but did not want to put anyone at their store into bad situation. My mind was made up where to go when Brenda at ABC Hyundai sent me an email wanting to know how I felt (she cared about me). I got better and went to dealership arriving early I sat and watched as employees arrived for work. All had smiles on their faces like they enjoyed coming to work there. I met Brenda who immediately got me a sales rep (Chelsy), we talked and decided what I needed, could afford, and whether or not it could do the job. Showed me features of the Tuscon and then went for test drive. Chelsey answered all my questions then wrote up deal. Phil the sales manager took my info and was able to offer me a fantastic deal, actually better than I asked for based on my budget. Next was finance with Michael who is a wizard in his own right and he helped breeze me thru the paperwork (he even gave a copy of everything on a thumb drive for ease of reference. My new car went into service for final detailing and the delivered to me by Chelsey. I guess some people go to buy things when they dont feel well and maybe they shouldnt. Personnally I saw none of those employees on ego trips or having thier own agenda. I was not pressured in the slightest and would have left immediately if that had been the case. ABC Hyundai was above board with me and when its time for my wife to get a new car I will be returning. I really think you should give them a try before making snap judgement about them.

Scheduled appt for oil service
Over the past few years it's always been little things this place does that you just shrug your shoulders and go "what the heck".. but today was the last straw. Three weeks ago I called and set an appointment for today to have my oil changed. So I show up fifteen minutes before my appointed time, park in the service bay area and go inside.
Once I got to an available tech he takes my information and informs me it will be a THREE HOUR WAIT.. I said, I have an appointment and he replys well we're busy so it will be at least at 3 hour wait.. No regret no apology, just a 3 hour wait...I guess they don't know what an appointment means. Let's see if they can figure out what losing a customer means.

Excellent service at ABC!
I purchased my 2022 Tucson from ABC and have had had it serviced here as needed—most recently, last Thursday. The staff is always friendly and professional, and my appointment took less time than anticipated. My service advisor Patrick kept me updated the entire time, which was greatly appreciated. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend ABC.

Super happy
We were very happy with our car purchase. Never have we had someone at a car dealership help us without being pushy or just all around in helpful. We were fortunate to have help from Damir in picking out the exact car we wanted and then Justen with our paperwork. Thank you both for being the absolute best.

My first Hyundai Santa Cruz vehicle maintenance service
I got my first maintenance service for my Hyundai Santa Cruz 2022 SEL Premium at ABC Hyundai. Justin the service advisor that assigned to my vehicle that day was so professional, respectful and accommodating. They fixed the things that I concerned about my vehicle breaking system and also did the oil change very well. Thank you Justin for your help.
