I had a flat tire - at night, when it was raining.
I called Abington Sunnoco and in a very short time, the owner explained the repair process, sent me an estimate, had my car towed, replaced the tire, had someone deliver the car back to me and sent me a reminder to come back in 200 miles to check the tire to make sure the lugs haven’t loosened up. It turned a very bad experience (a flat tire at night in the rain) into one that I was grateful for. The work was professional and it was done with a kindness that turned a ruined day into a really good day.
