Carl and Julie were both incredibly kind, approachable, and easy to work with. From the very beginning, Carl was honest and transparent. One thing that really stood out was that he actually encouraged potential buyers to check what other dealerships charge in fees right on his website, whether they bought from him or not. That level of honesty built trust immediately and made us feel confident throughout the entire process.
We also appreciated how flexible they were with scheduling and how accommodating they were when we had to bring our three kids with us for the final sale appointment. They made the whole experience easy and comfortable for our family.
Another thing we loved was being able to spend time on the lot looking at the vehicle without constant pressure from sales staff. We’re used to the typical dealership experience of people trying to push you into a same-day purchase, but that never happened here. Instead, we were given the space to look, think, and decide at our own pace which is huge when making a large purchase!
