Buyer Beware: Check for missing equipment and masked odors
I’m writing this to help future buyers avoid the $1,600 mistake we made. We bought a 2020 Subaru WRX here and, despite a positive interaction with Preston, the dealership’s prep work was subpar.

They sold us a car that couldn't be locked (valet key only), hid a significant smoke odor that appeared a day later, and failed to provide the wheel lock key—necessitating multiple service visits and heavy out-of-pocket expenses.

Advice to buyers: Do not trust that "detailed" means clean, and verify every key and tool is in the vehicle before you leave. Acura of Seattle produced a lot of unnecessary stress by ignoring these basic standards.
