Trustworthy and accommodating. They are very friendly and capable. I had no anxiety, reservations or apprehension leaving my old Subaru with them. Advanced Automotive exceeded my expectations. The necessary repair was thoroughly explained to me in an understandable manner. I didn't feel like just another 'broken car', I felt like a customer that they were happy to serve! Bad Experience
Oil plug was not tightened and oil leaked onto my garage floor. Oil was overfilled and I made sure they knew the car had 4 cylinder and not a 6. Car was not done by time promised and I had made it clear my handicap wife had to get to a doctor appointment so time was important. Unfortunately I gave them my email address and now I am on their auto email as if I do not already receive “junk” mail all day long. Will try to block these emails.

Not only did they document my concerns about my vehicle weird for word, they also diagnosed and repaired it in 2 days. They even showed me the part they replaced, and how damaged it was.
