Prompt and professional
Honda Odyssey broke down 4 hours into a 6 hour drive from rural PA to Columbus OH on a Sunday of course! AAA recommended they tow it to Akron Auto Clinic. I called Jason first thing Monday. He was courteous and professional and promised to check it out and get back to me. He did exactly that, Monday afternoon. Alternator was shot. He got it replaced at fair price on Tuesday. Went up and picked it up Wednesday. Job done!

Marcie said she never received a call back when she was supposed to about her vehicle. The business was supposed to look over her vehicle and call her back. She took her vehicle in on Friday morning and Saturday she called them, and they still haven't looked at her vehicle. When they did call back, they didn't put the information into the computer so she had to wait longer for someone to put the information in, it was a delayed process. She added she never had issues before, but this was an issue, she will not be back.

They had my car finished within only 3 days! The price is always fair and they even picked me up because I didn’t have a ride. I’ve been coming to them for over a decade and they are always friendly, fair and always do an excellent job.

Great Timing Belt Service!
My 2009 Honda Odyssey EX was due for its second timing belt/water pump replacement service at 181K miles. I had them do my rack and pinion replacement at an earlier date and was very satisfied with their work. So, going to them this time was an easy choice. I called ahead of time to make my appointment knowing they would be very busy this time of year. They were.
Jason was very helpful in setting up my appointment and I was able to take my daughter's van in early Monday and Jason made it clear that, since they were busy, the van probably wouldn't be ready until Friday. That turned out to be true.
I live in Springfield, Ohio (Yes, that Springfield, Ohio and nobody is eating cats and dogs.) so I drove up Saturday morning and picked up the van.
After inspection, I found their work to be quality professional work at competitive prices. Also, they provided a shuttle service that got me back to my daughter's apartment after I dropped the van off to their shop. I'm happy.
