He's very professional, not pushy at all but best of all, extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the cars. I was impressed with how much time he spent to go over it with me. Some dealerships ask you to be back with the car after a 30 minute test drive. Jim encouraged me to take as much time as I needed. Between getting the contract signed, financing, and trading in my old vehicle, a good 8 hours had passed and you know he was working past closing time.
