Austin said he went in for an alignment but they said his ball joints were bad so they couldn't do the alignment, even though he recently had the ball joints replaced. They still charged him a fee even though they didn't do any work. They charged him $100 and wouldn't give him his vehicle back until he paid it. He will not be going back there.
