I brought my Fox Body Mustang in after dealing with a frustrating issue—every time I drove even a foot, the wheels would lock up. I had already taken it to two other shops. The first one swapped out my brakes, calipers, and e-brake, and it worked... for one day. The next shop couldn’t figure it out at all and just said, “It’s a Mustang thing.”
By the time I got to the Aliso Niguel Auto Care shop, I was beyond frustrated. I had to get the car towed in. I explained everything that had been done, and they got right to work. After pulling everything apart, they discovered the inner wheel bearing hadn’t even been installed. On top of that, the front struts were noisy and installed incorrectly, and the alignment was completely off.
I told them to go ahead and fix whatever was needed—and that’s exactly what they did. Chris and Marcos were awesome. They kept me informed, walked me through everything, and made sure it was done right.
What I really appreciated is that they didn’t just take my money and send me on my way. They actually diagnosed the issue, fixed it properly, and got me back on the road. I’m seriously grateful—and now I’m a happy customer!
