Ladies, this is for you!
Justin, Kyle, and all of the employees at All Makes and Models make the routine, and even more dreaded car maintenance and repairs so much better! I have worked with them on routine oil changes and what amounted to a major unexpected repair. Through it all, they are responsive and communicative. They keep appointments on schedule and promptly communicate if any issue is looking to be more serious than expected. As a female in my 40s, this is the first car repair shop that has not "mansplained" things to me. I trust them and recommend them to anyone I know!

Honesty
Air conditioner was not working in my vehicle and I thought it was the compressor and all it was was a belt that was under warranty. Expecting $800 bill and it was zero. I love this place for it’s honesty and integrity.

Love this place!
If you need an auto repair you have to hit this place up. The most honest and fair place I've ever experienced in my 30 years of driving a car. Top notch service and every time I've called or been called about one of my vehicles I've always talked to the same person. The added bonus is that I am supporting a fellow veteran's business.

Uncomfortable experience
I have been going to this car shop for years and only have had an exceptional experience. Unfortunately, Kyle was out and Justin scheduled my appointment to inspect electrical issues in my car. 3 days after no communication, I called and Kyle had no idea why my car was there and stated they had planned to fix a thermostat. I asked him kindly not to do so and to check into an electrical issue I was having, he stated, “I’ve been working on cars long enough to know that I can’t check another issue without first replacing your thermostat”. I asked him kindly not to touch my vehicle and that I’d be there to pick it up. I just purchased a new vehicle and I had plans of continuing service with them but I’m unsure at this point. This was not exceptional customer service, I felt as if I was being rushed off the phone. The miscommunication amongst one another was unprofessional. I’ll no longer do business with All Makes and Models

Justin and his team are the absolute best! My family and I have been taking our cars to Justin for years and we always know our car is being well taken care of. Also you never have to doubt the estimate cost cause Justin and his team are honest and fair with all repairs. Lifetime customer here!

Samuel said it was his first time there. The people at the desk were very welcoming and he waited while the work was done and once it was done, they gave him a printout of all the corrected items. Overall it felt like they cared about his vehicle and him, and he will definitely be going back in the future, based on the work that was done.
