I was very dissatisfied when the final price was over $300 more than the price qouted for the work...
The people were friendly and the mechanic was competent. I was quoted a price of $1,171.00 and the final bill was over$1400.00.
Whether they gave me the price a couple of guys looked at my truck said yeah we can do it here's what we suggest. I agreed in hopes of a quick response and completion. Took over 2 weeks for parts to arrive after I placed a $500 down payment then another week before install took place. Then the final bill was over $300 higher than the route because time involved took longer, and they had to install a cheap fabric heat shield they hadn't foreseen. I would be a return customer

We appreciate your honest feedback. It sounds like your experience had more twists and turns than a country road. We're happy to hear our team was friendly and capable, as we strive to make every visit a pleasant one. However, we definitely understand how frustrating it can be when costs climb unexpectedly and delays happen. It's not exactly what you’d hope for, especially with your F-150 in the shop for longer than anticipated.We appreciated you waiting onsite while we added the custom ordered upgraded air ride system. We try to be as transparent as possible and even brought you into the shop to show the further modifications needed with having to custom cut through your 5th wheel bracket for the u-bolt to slide thru as well as suggested with approval for the added heat sheild before ordering it.  Your comments about the pricing and wait times will help us refine our process, so we can avoid similarly rocky roads in the future. We're glad you're considering coming back and hope to provide you with a smoother experience next time. Safe travels until then!
