On top of that, there were no refreshments available while waiting, which made the long delay even more uncomfortable. It also felt like the staff was rushing customers out the door well before their stated 6:00 PM closing time—more like they wanted everyone gone by 5:00.
Overall, the lack of respect for appointment times and poor customer experience made this visit unacceptable.
