Wait, there’s an honest mechanic?!?
Had a problem with my car. They fixed it for under $100. As well, a while back my truck had a flat and since I live in the same neighborhood they didn’t charge me at all! Good people, great place and loyal to their community.

Excellent, trustworthy, reliable service
I've been taking our Lexus to this shop for over 10 years, for both regular service and repairs. I can always count on Todd and his team for honest, professional, friendly, reasonably priced service. Todd is an honorable, great guy.

Alouis is in high demand (and for good reason), so if you're looking to get your car serviced before a trip or holiday, be sure to get on the calendar with Todd ahead of time.

Excellent service, courteous and efficient
I took my car into Alouis for what I thought was only a needed oil change and tune-up, but it turned out the brakes were shot and had to be replaced. They took care of everything in only one day, at reasonable cost, and made the repairs right on time. I was very pleased and will use Alouis again in the future.

Never followed through
Alouis Auto was recommended to me. They diagnosed that the front camera needed to be replaced. Todd was always very pleasant on the phone. Over several months, he was never able to get the part, although I could see it was available online - new and used. He never called me back when he said he was going to.
