Did not do what I asked them to do
Wanted 60,000 mile check up which included spark plug change. Did not do it. Was part of the 60,000 mile check up. They left a bolt out last time they changed the oil and I asked for them to put another one in... Did not do it either. I am now worried that they did not do what they said they did. Not happy. I recommended so many people and now I probably will not go back.
