Have been using Alternative Automotive for several years. Their service is always straight forward and appropriate for my needs; charges are certainly less than dealerships.
I have taken my 2006 Honda Ridgeline to Alternative Automotive on several occasions and am happy with the results. The team is ready to start work when I arrive for my appointment and my truck is ready when promised. In today’s economy, I feel the pricing is fair. I am happy to recommend Alternative Automotive to friends and family knowing they will receive the same care.
Daniel communicated to me that an additional issue was found with my car when in for service recently. He encouraged me to find out if the issue was covered by my extended warranty - and it was! Called and asked if they could “squeeze” in an oil change while I wait ….this was approximately 12:30 ish……they informed me of their lunch period ongoing until 1:00pm….said if I could be there @1:15 and would that work for me,
I showed at 1:10 and was around 2:00 pm done and a with a complimentary quick scan for a code to be further explored when my schedule permits….always had great results here for a number of years and courteous service staff including owner Steve…..auto serviced was a 2008 Lexus
