Ryan has been extremely rude and charged me $26 for a no call no show. Ryan told me last night that he would refund my $26 in the morning, now he is refusing to refund my money. I waited well over an hour next to my vehicle and called them twice and they promised the tow truck was on the way. After the third call and no driver showed, I canceled the service because i didn't want to continue to wait. Ryan is the CEO and the dispatcher, he stated that he'd rather see me in court that to refund us the $26 for his no show no service..
