Tao Wang was complete with regard to every detail of the purchase and went over all the options on the vehicle. He has done may follow-ups to make sure we are happy with the Palisade and setting up the Appearance Protection appointment. Tao was the first salesmen to ask if I was a veteran and got me a veteran's rebate. He did an outstanding job.
Joe Tyler was also a complete joy to work with on the business side and gave us all the information we needed to make very important decisions with respect to the purchase and future maintenance of our Palisade.
