Shocked at the excellent level of professionalism, helpfulness, care, and honesty.
I have been absolutely gob smacked by the level of excellence, honesty, care and quality of work by Ryan and his staff. As all of us have experienced, I believe, the feeling of being taken advantage of and dirty after dealing with car repair shops. Not here. The price was fair. The work was excellent. And, in addition, to that, I had driven in from Soldotna for surgery. Ryan arranged time to do EXTENSIVE work on my car while I juggled surgery and needing to get my car the next do in order to get home and begin my recovery. He went over and above. Thank you, Ryan, and your whole gang. I make the drive there to have all work done on my car. Oh! One more thing. I had regularly had my car serviced in Soldotna. I had never been informed of the issues that were going on with it. I definitely knew there were things going on, though. My car drives like a new one now...and it's 12 years old.
