Another round of applause for Archer's!
Once again Archer's has gone above & beyond what was expected. No one wants to start the New Year with a broken down vehicle, certainly not me. I took my truck in on Monday morning, not knowing why it was stalling out. By noon I had a complete diagnostics report sent to my phone! They explained to me (in simple terms that I could understand) what caused the engine to stall & what was needed to fix the problem & the total cost for the repair. Then, I was given the option to accept or decline other services that were on the diagnostic report. Who does that? Archer's does! They never try to shove services down your throat or make you feel guilty for not doing something. I made the choice! And, they had my truck fixed & ready to go by the end of the business day! Happy 2026 to me! These mechanics are so great! Every time I bring my truck in, I leave with confidence that the job was done right. I'm not letting anyone but Archer's work on my vehicle. They have EARNED my loyalty!
