Under great management by Will
I was referred here by the wonderful guys who run the Marathon station on E Las Olas. My previous mechanic had quoted me $3600 to replace the AC in my Volvo. Arctic diagnosed that it was just the compressor and their quote was less than half that. They also told me that some brake work my previous guys did had been unnecessary and a ripoff. I used arctic exclusively till I encountered a new manager who told me that my car was irreplaceable after a minor flood. That turned out to be untrue because I went elsewhere for a successful repair that didn’t break the bank. After a couple of years I went back for a question about my AC and found them with a new and extremely thorough and knowledgeable manager. The place still has the same reliable and hardworking employees but there’s a whole new vibe there with this new management. They work with me to get the best and lowest cost for parts and labor and I don’t feel that they’re trying to rip me off or take advantage of me because I’m an older woman with very limited knowledge in the field. I observed Will’s interactions with other customers while I was waiting for my diagnosis and was impressed with his knowledge, honesty and integrity . Happy to be a client again and to be treated with respect.
