Awesome work and honest price
Had to have my vehicle looked at before a long road trip. ASAP was fair in their evaluation and recommendations. Fast service. Explained everything in detail. There hourly rate is way less than OEM. Good people and great service

What hasn't needed fixed
I purchased a used 98 Tahoe from out of state and sight unseen. Big mistake is an understatement. But the guys at ASAP have gotten this truck running absolutely spectacularly. Other than specialty work all 3 of my vehicles go to no other place. I am always very happy with the work and the outcome. It's hard to find a place and a team as dedicated and professional as the one assembled here.

goodwork but disappointing cost
Seems like the question is not "what does this car really need right now" but "what can we do to add to this work estimate?" Estimate for cleaning battery posts $80. We crossed that off the list and my husband did it in 10-12 minutes. We feel they do good reliable work but don't want to deal with what is needless extra cost.

An error made during an oil change was promptly corrrcted and the mechanic and I spoke cordially. It turned out to be a most positive experience. No one is immune from making mistakes. Mistakes are an opportunity to learn and to not blame.
