Chris said up until this last time things have been great. He brought his vehicle in previously and when he got it back, it started making a noise. When his wife brought the vehicle back in she didn't mention to them that they had previously worked on the vehicle and afterwards it started making noise. They tightened the seat but they weren't able to find what was wrong with it.

Danica said she went to get her vehicles tire to get fixed. After 40 minutes of waiting, she was told something was taken out of her vehicle but it was the wrong vehicle. When they fixed the right one, they said something was in her tire and tried charging her for the whole thing.
