Hello Galen, my name is Dan and I am the owner here at Auto Doctor.  I take our reviews very seriously.  After reading your review I decided to do an internal investigation to see how this situation came to be.  Here at Auto Doctor we do what is called a "Pre-work customer vehicle inspection".  This is an inspection that we do before driving or performing any work on a customers vehicle.  In our "pre-inspection paperwork" it notes that the check engine light was on and had multiple codes.  One of them being code (P0102) for a mass air flow sensor circuit low voltage indicating that there was a problem with the mass air flow sensor before the hood was ever opened.  Just to make sure that a mistake was not made on our behalf I also reviewed our 24 hour video recording that overlooks the parking lot and every service bay.  after watching the video from start to finish of the time we spent interacting with your vehicle I can determine that we never unplugged the mass air flow sensor.  I would also like to note that when the vehicle was brought to us for a repair without the ability to diagnose its problems. we were requested only to replace the purge valve solenoid.  That being said for future visits please don't hesitate to contact me if there are any problems.  I am always happy to take care of my customers and correct any concerns they might have.  Please take the time to consider after reading my response to rethink your review.  I am also always happy to take any constructive criticism on how we could improve our service to our customers and community.  Thank you and hope you have a great day!
