Absolutely wonderful
I had a really great experience at Auto House. This was my first time buying a used car at a dealership and honestly I expected everything and everyone to be sketchy - you know the jokes about used car salesmen - but it was not!! When the car I had my eye on was quickly sold, William called and let me know immediately and invited me to look at some others. He was so, so helpful and patient with me (and my dad). He didn’t pressure or push me into buying something that wasn’t in a comfortable price range, and he made everything simple and easy to understand for someone car-illiterate like me. I drove my new-to-me car off the lot the next day and have been super happy with it. I highly recommend checking them out and am very, very grateful to William and everyone there for making what I thought would be a stressful experience into a surprisingly enjoyable one :)
