First car inspection in NC
Been living in NC a little more than a year and this was my first car inspection. It was amazingly quick. Friendly service had me in and out so quickly. Will continue to use their inspection service. And will not hesitate to bring my car in when it needs other servicing that they offer..

Dishonest, slow
When we arrived, we said we had a Doctor's appt in an hour and asked if there was enough time for an oil change, otherwise we would gladly come back another time. We were told it would take 10 minutes. 50 minutes later when they finished, we once again mentioned we had to leave for a Doctors appt and asked if we could please pay and have our keys. We were rudely told no, that they needed to type all the notes into the computer recommending several hundred dollars worth of repairs. Another 15 minutes later, we were finally allowed to pay and leave. We just wanted an oil change.

We are sorry to hear that your visit was less than satisfactory. There was a miscommunication right at the beginning. The 10 minutes was the wait time before we could pull the vehicle in; not for the actual oil change of 30 minutes.  A lookover was also requested in which we found four needed repairs and accompanied you into the shop for your viewing. We documented those findings in detail by priority and didn't provide any quotes since you were in a hurry to pick someone up from a doctor's appointment. Our system has 43 minutes from opening to closing the ticket which is industry standard for what was requested. We hope that you perform the repairs, even if you choose not to utiilize us again, before giving the car to your family member. Thank you and have a nice day.
