Lois said she took her vehicle to this business for her transmission to be repaired. When she initially took her vehicle in, her check engine light was not on, after her son drove off the lot, the light was back on. This business then had her vehicle for 4 weeks, again when leaving the business, the light came on again. She is supposed to bring her vehicle back to this business this Friday. She states that if no recourse is found, she will be seeking legal assistance. She is very dissatisfied and she will never uses this business again.
