Professional service at a great price. I'm always satisfied with the work performed by Auto Pros!
On Friday June 20th, I brought our 2003 BMW 525i in to have the A/C serviced - it was blowing out warm air. Since it was going to take a while to diagnose the problem, Wayne offered me a ride home - now what other repair facility would do that?! Wayne called later that afternoon and told me the heater control valve was defective and it would be Monday before they could get the part. That was fine because my wife and I were going out of town and couldn't pick it up until a week later. When I picked the car up it had been sitting in the heat so it didn't immediately start blowing cold air. I noticed a vast improvement as I drove home. I took my wife for a ride and she said even though it was blowing cold air, she though it should be colder. I went back to Auto Pros and was told they checked the compressor and refrigerant level and everything was fine. The vehicle is 22 years old and has been driven over 213,000 miles, I'm very happy with how the A/C is functioning. It seems the more I drive the better it works. I highly recommend Auto Pros and they are also a AAA rated repair facility!

Excellent service as usual
I called this morning to schedule my regular maintenance. They got me in same day. Luckily they did, because a tire check found my tires dangerously in need of replacement. I am leaving tomorrow afternoon for a road trip and needed to take this car. They were honest and told me they weren’t able to get the tires I needed in inside my timeframe. They encouraged me to go elsewhere to make sure my car was road safe for my trip. Because of them I was able to get the tires installed at a local tire shop the same day as well. Had they not been able to get me in for my service today I would’ve driven on those tires. As usual, their service, honesty and concern for their clients is unmatched.

Failed Serpentine Belt
Chief complaint for this repair was overheating due to the serpentine belt failing while driving. Asked auto pros to replace belt, idler and tensioner. Since the belt failed while driving I requested that the cooling system pressure and coolant level be checked as well. The young man who handled my pickup of the vehicle said that he didn’t know if that was done but the car was run enough to verify that the belt didn’t slip. Not the confident answer I needed to hear while paying a good chunk of money for the repair.

Needed quick tire replacement
Took my son's car to Auto Pro because his tires were very worn out and 1 was actually shredding. Even though they were extremely busy they were able to squeeze me in and get all new tires put on in short notice! Very professional and friendly service!!
