Great service, great price
I had a great experience with auto saver. I got quoted a a/c line replacement from Steve's auto at $760. Auto Saver completed it day of for $480.
My husband needs some work on his truck done and they are the only place that have answered his questions fully and with honesty. This is our new auto shop!!! Thanks guys

My car died and I had a light on my dash. I was able to jump the car so I called AutoSavers and explained my problem and they were able to check it out right away. They had replaced my battery about a year ago and that was the problem. They warrantited it out and replaced free of charge. The dash light was the fob battery so they replaced batteries on both my fobs. I was in and out in about an hour even though they had to order the battery. My tee time was saved! Thanks for your help.

Honesty and integrity
Finding an honest mechanic these days is tough. I had this shop look at my 92 Fourunner which was just quoted a pretty significant quote to replace a wheel bearing that was “pretty bad” I drooped it off here and the shop manager looked it over and essentially told me that the wheel bearing had life left in it. The price he quoted for the work if I did decide to have it done was beyond fair. This gentlemen earned my future business. If your short on time or just don’t want too deal with the hassle of dishonest repair quotes and slick sales people take your vehicle here and avoid all that. 5 stars all day no hesitation.

Job function performed but with less than “friendly” service
I needed to get my emissions check done for registration. My wife found an online deal for $19.99 at Auto Saver on Sego Lily in Sandy, UT which is right in our neighborhood. When I called and mentioned what I needed done and the deal I had seen online the gentleman on the phone responded with “and?” So, I had to explain that I was interested in the service and simply wanted to verify its availability and wanted to know how to schedule an appointment. I was informed they don’t do appointments and I could simply bring my car in at 9am. Upon arriving at 9am the next day, the gentleman that served me was very short with me. He handed me a form to sign and a pen. After signing the form he stuck his hand out. So, I handed him back his pen. He abruptly moved his hand and sort of grunted “keys!” Once he had my keys the service was very quickly done and that same gentleman was very pleasant as I paid for the service and left. I’m not typically one to be sensitive to these things, but I have been in sales and client services for a long time and just felt the level of professionalism could have been much better. I will likely try other locations next time I have a need.

Wait Time was Long
When I left my car to be fixed, had to have a new clutch plus the catalytic converter was gone. I had no idea. Was told they needed my car for 2 days which turned out to be 4.
