Competent and fair service.
Prompt repair (once parts were obtained). Good and accurate analysis of cars mechanical status. Had seat belts changed out which involved interior panel removal and re-installation which was done properly. Had an issue with vent damper position and that was repaired effectively vis a minor adjustment vice parts swapping. I am confident in their competence and would return in future.

Unscheduled repairs in a timely manner

I am very satisfied with first visit to Autobahn and will definitely be going back. They completed the work on my 2013 Porsche Cayenne in a timely manner at a fair price. In a no-pressure way, they suggested additional maintenance to consider, but were very clear on what is preventative and what is more urgent.

They know their cars!!
I am very satisfied with my initial experience at Autobahn Imports. I went in to get my Audi Q5 diagnosed. They have friendly and knowledgeable staff. They quickly identified the issue and then called out some additional areas that I wasn’t aware of. They provided me a comprehensive diagnosis AND even alleviated some of the problems I was having with my steering column. Their rates are reasonable and they use OEM parts. What more can you ask for. I am booked to get my full service and will update this feedback later this month.
