Mostly good, however
They were very communicative and patient throughout the process. The work they did was excellent and my car came back looking great too. Biggest problems were that they left dirty shop rags in the backseat, my rear passenger side floormat has been melted, and they left somebody else's license plate in my backseat. Although the work they did was great and their communication skills were better than most shops I have dealt with, other shops have never left their stuff in my car let alone somebody else's car parts in my car and forgot about it

Nov-Dec 2024 Autoglo collision repair for insurance claim on Subaru
I was involved in an accident to my 2005 Subaru. My trusted Subaru repair shop, Six Star Service, recommended Autoglo for the collision repair work for my insurance claim.
I am glad I took their advice, because Autoglo did exceptional work. My only criticism is that the job took longer than initially estimated (four weeks instead of two weeks), but Autoglo found more issues than the initial insurance claim, and there was a replacement part delay. The extra time to complete was worth the wait, because Autoglo did such a great job.
The drop off and pickup process was smooth, and Autoglo kept me informed throughout the course of the work.
I had damage to my right front from the accident (fender, bumper, headlight). They asked me to visit the shop after the first week to show me all the damage they found to the front end and discuss in person. In addition to the repairs covered by the claim, they accurately identified other damage and wear and tear to my front end from the previous twenty years. I expressed interest in the additional repairs, and they gave a reasonable quote for the work with labor rates consistent with the insurance claim rates.
After one week of having my Subaru back, I can report that it drives as expected, and the front end looks like a new one. All the evidence of dents are wear and tear are gone, and the paint blending is so good that I cannot tell the repaired sections from the old sections.
I hope to never need body work again, but if I do, I will contact Autoglo again. I highly recommend them.
