This Thursday when I drove at 90, the dashboard of my old C300 turned to full red with battery icon in it, also steering is difficult. Per ChatGPT, it is not a simple battery issue but probably related with charging system. I immediately stoped and towed it here. It was diagnosed quickly and fixed within two days considering there are lots of other appointments and near holidays. The real issue is drive belt and acc belt idler pulley which caused charging problem. I am so thankful because it is near Christmas and I really need the car for my work. The admin and engineers here are awesome! I really appreciate it!
